We need, but ...

Our own Red Cross mentioned again, that it's NOT ALLOWED for gay people to give their blood. Gay people are a risk group and the risk is too high that their blood could possibly be infected with HIV. Ok, that's not that false. But come on. They check every single blood donation. Yes, I know about incubation time, but that also counts for straight people's blood!

Now I ask you, what about all the hetero people who f*** around without condoms, because they still think that Adis is just a gay disease?

So, you (incl. me as a lesbian) have two choices:
- be openly gay => no chance to help ppl by giving your blood
- be in the closet => be able to help ppl by giving your blood

What a wonderful world.
